Arrive early and enjoy beverages with a harbor view at the Veranda cash bar. It will be a memorable evening showcasing a unique culinary experience, a romantic setting surrounded by marine life, and stellar ambiance.

Cabernet braised beef short ribs with piquillo pepper cream sauce, mahi-mahi with mango beurre blanc; Boursin herbed cream cheese with butter & chive smashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Specialty Entrée: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Vegan, and Vegetarian*
Lemon truffle oil smashed new potato, roasted balsamic portobello mushroom, a variety of red, yellow and orange Holland peppers, grilled asparagus and butternut squash with a balsamic gastrique (Vegetarian option must be requested at time of ticket purchase)

Pistachio cake with candied pistachios and a sweet hibiscus puree
