March for Marrow Los Angeles 2019 5K Run and Patient & Family Walk
Event Details
our 10th annual event, is a powerful and inspiring running and walking event for the public as well as for patients with bone marrow failure disease, their families, friends and supporters and will include team photos and courageous stories from patients, family members and medical professionals. The walk itself will start at 10:00 am. The event includes a 5K run order to attract a larger audience and educate more people about bone marrow failure disease and the work of the Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation (AA&MDSIF).
This year, we are delighted to hold our tenth annual March for Marrow 5K Run and Patient and Family Walk in Long Beach on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at the iconic Shoreline Village and the Long Beach Shoreline Marina. Our goal for March for Marrow LA 2019 is to raise over $50,000 and recruit 30 more donors to the bone marrow registry. These are goals we can meet and hopefully exceed!
