Join our MSF FITNESS FAMILY for some end of the Summer Potluck Party
Event Details
DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT
- sign up at the studio, random 3 people per team tournament
- nerf ball will be used but you have to be agile, quick & strong
- rules will be explained later
- you do not have to play to attend, you can be a spectator
BBQ
- Crazy Matt's Famous BBQ Catering will have couple of proteins for us
- Bring your favorite BBQ sides
BREWS
- I will have some beers for us
- But bring your favorite BBQ brew if you choose to
ONLY MSF CLIENTS ALLOWED
