OUR VALENTINE’S DAY MENU High-end cuisine has a “time and place”. We heard that although we catered to special events, Uptown Whittier wanted a casual place with quality food to head to after work or for lunch. So, we made a shift to have our menu to cater to the needs of the community. We have a dedicated beautiful fine dining section, but we changed everything else.
