Poached Kitchen

Description

The idea of fresh, quality, local ingredients and cooking from scratch is nothing new. It's the things were done in grandma's kitchen. When food is prepared with love and fresh ingredients there's no substitute. Poached is about real food and is driven by the desire to bring people together. The idea was simple: cater to our own neighborhood, employ local and source local. We're convinced that doing this and being responsible is our job - there should never be any substitution. We use cage-free eggs from free-range birds . Our pork and beef is free of antibiotics, and our chickens are pasture raised with vegetarian diets. Our grains, fruits, and vegetables all sustainable and organic when available. We cook with only the healthiest oils available: coconut oil, olive oil and real butter.
