Rance made his very first pie in his parents' kitchen as a teenager. After years of improving his recipes and searching relentlessly for the finest ingredients, Rance became well known for his art of making delicious pizza pies. He only uses the finest ingredients and strives for perfection in every pie. Quality food and service are his and the entire team’s top priorities. The dough, sauce and salad dressings are all made in house using secret family recipes. Rance’s Chicago Pizza offers three styles of pies unique to Chicago: Stuffed, Pan and Tavern; with fresh salads, appetizers, wine and a variety of craft beers on tap.
