Rustic Eats

Located in the Foodie zone of Katella and Seal Beach Blvd., Rustic Eats has brought a healthy twist to the art of sandwich making. Within hours of leaving the oven, French baguettes are sliced down the middle and filled with locally sourced premium ingredients. Meats are marinated and slowly cooked, braised and roasted. The result is flaky crusted sandwich with crisp veggies and the softest chicken, beef or pork belly centers that meld into the baguette middle. To call these sandwiches is an understatement and thoughtful hours go into producing each one.
