Within hours of leaving the oven, French baguettes are sliced down the middle and filled with locally sourced premium ingredients. Meats are marinated and slowly cooked, braised and roasted. The result is flaky crusted sandwich with crisp veggies and the softest chicken, beef or pork belly centers that meld into the baguette middle.
