Join Parenting for Liberation for a celebration of Black fatherhood!
Event Details
Despite negative narratives in the media, we know Black fathers are playing an important and present role in the lives of their children. Black dads, we see you and celebrate you! Join us for our annual Black Daddy Day as we bring conversations on Black fatherhood, intergenerational healing, and positive communication and co-parenting to the shop! We’re excited to partner with Dior Sunset Foundation, DJ Inspires Parenting, and Barberizm The Shoppe to ground us in critical dialogue on family, healing, and co-parenting.
Come through for free food, *haircuts, and gift boxes!
*Gifts and haircuts are being distributed on a first-come, first-served basis - signing up here does not guarantee a spot.
COVID-19 Safety: With the safety of our communities in mind, we are limiting capacity and following COVID-safety protocols including required mask-wearing and hand sanitizing stations. Additionally, we are requiring all adults to show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
