Long Beach’s established farm-to-table eatery, Michael’s on Naples, is embracing Turkey-season wholeheartedly with a prixe-fixe menu served exclusively on Wednesday, November 22 and Friday, November 24.
Event Details
The specialty three course menu, curated by Executive Chef Eric Samaniego, features seasonal ingredients with Italian-inspired twists on classic Thanksgiving dishes. For only $55 per person (+tax and gratuity), or $90 (+tax and gratuity) with a carefully selected wine pairing, the menu, served from 5-10 PM the day before and the day after Thanksgiving, offers one choice out of three options per course including:
ANTIPASTI (CHOICE OF 1)
- TORTA DEL PASTORE - Duck confit, Brussel sprouts, whipped sweet potatoes / Optional wine pairing: Primitivo, Villa Amoris "Granato" '15 Puglia
- PANISEE - Chickpea fritter, confit swordfish, celery leaf, red onion / Optional wine pairing: Etna Bianco, Tornatore '21 Sicilia
- INSALATA DI CAROTE - Shaved raw heirloom carrots, frisée, toasted pine nuts, Parmigiano-Reggiano / Optional wine pairing: Maggiorina, Le Piane '21 Piemonte
